As the world' first martial arts comedy 3D animated feature, 'Kung Fu Island' brings together the astounding
spectacle of Kung Fu make-believe and the hilarious yet lovable humor of a bunch of colorful heroes.
Jerry, who does not have much talent in anything else but in playing videogames, is sent by his parents to
get some fresh air at the new 'Kung Fu Island Children's Summer Camp'. It cannot be helped that kids bring
to the island their daily life issues, from overweight problems to all sorts of elementary-school anxieties.
Yet one day, by chance, Jerry meets a native girl, Lahn, who can actually pull off the 108 moves of Jerry's
videogame in real life! It turns out there is more to the island than mashed potatoes and gymkhana games…
In fact, Kung Fu Island is the hiding place of the ChunWee Order, a secret and legendary brotherhood of
martial artists. Jerry and his friends meet the unrivalled masters of such techniques as 'Sahaju', which
allows you to lift a house from its foundations and send it yards away... 'Transfiguration', which lets you
twist your bones and muscles to change appearance... 'Flying Steps', that allows one to travel great
distances in just a few leaps. and much, much more.
The arrival at the island of the brotherhood's malignant enemies throws Jerry and his friends into a wild
and out of this world adventure, a journey of discovery half way between 'roll-in-the-aisles' slapstick and
the apprenticeship of awe-inspiring skills.
